Welcome!

Hello and welcome to my new website! When I have some time I hope to put up a tutorial video or two on making cakes. I have been making cakes for a long time and I wish that I had been documenting the process the whole time but sadly I have not. In fact I can only think of one cake where I took pictures as I was working on it. I love the end result but I forget that people like to see before and afters. Every cake goes through ugly stages for me. There are many times that I worry a cake is not going to turn out at all. Through experience and a little faith I am usually able to push beyond the ugly stage to create something I am pleased with. I am including in this blog post the only pictures I have of a cake while I was constructing it. In the future I will be better about this.
